Our Disaster Recovery plan is included but not limited to:

- The ability to remote into our back-up servers from any location within 2 hours of a declared disaster.
- Facility generator at our primary location
- Contingency plans in case of inclement weather
- Emergency contact lists
- Employee telephone flow chart
Off site Back-up of records/data ~ in 2 separate states:
- Failover servers are professionally managed and maintained
- Avnet data center SAS70/SSAE 16 Type II audit compliant
- Avnet Tier IV data center
- Real time data replication using Rocket iCluster
- Professional disaster recovery team to aid in the restoration of service
- Data centers located in Arizona and North Carolina
- Data centers are audited by outside auditors once per year
